Executive Summary
Gaby co-founded Morgan & Wolfe in 2010 after a successful career in the 1990s Marketing for Halliburton and CSC and Programme Management. She then went on to run the Microsoft Alliances for Unisys in EMEA for the technology division as well as a host of Microsoft Partners in the UK from 1999 until 2010.
She established M&W as a leading Microsoft Gold Partner and Government Supplier through her experience of Microsoft alliances and the company went on to be an early adopter of cloud technologies and an award-winning fast track partner of Microsoft USA for cloud collaboration solutions. In 2012 M&W was recognised in the Gartner report North America and Europe as one of the top 10 global companies alongside Cognizant, Slalom and Dell innovating in the Microsoft collaboration space.
Today Gaby continues to advise partners and customers on how to work with Microsoft and get the best out of their Microsoft technology investment.

Gaby's innovative digital marketing skills have been recognized by major vendors including Microsoft. Her work in the early 2000's led to multiple European and worldwide case studies including by Unisys and Microsoft and other vendors regarding the transformative nature of the new digital landscape. As a Microsoft partner in the 2010's specialising in digital collaboration her work led to M&W being rewarded as an official UK Government supplier as well as receiving recognition from Silicon Valley and CIO Review among other industry award bodies.
Alliances Strategy & Direction
Gaby’s career in Alliances with Microsoft began at Unisys where she worked with Unisys Corporate and Microsoft Redmond to run an Alliances programme across EMEA with her country teams in launching the Unisys ES700 server with Microsoft SQL.
Following on in 2005 Gaby joined Conchango PLC, her remit being to bring on board new partners in her first year. With a 200% increase in sales revenue Gaby was also given the Microsoft partnership and expanded her team as a result in year 2.
For the next 5 years Gaby was instrumental in setting up new partnerships and Microsoft alliance roles with Microsoft for Hitachi Consulting, Netstore Ltd and Global 360 (now Open Text) .Her reputation in the Microsoft space was well established and she was asked to contribute to various books on how to work with Microsoft, e.g Refresh The Road Ahead 2018, Amazon.
By 2010 Gaby was asked to join Avanade to spear head their Microsoft partnership in the UK where she over achieved her target with Microsoft UK within 9 months.
Gaby built and led the Morgan & Wolfe alliance partnership with Microsoft. Key to her role was positioning M&W as the go to partner for pre-built intranets and building a joint pipeline of Enterprise clients with Microsoft across Financial services, Public Sector councils, Retail and Consumer companies and Construction.
Over the span of 12 years she took M&W from a Gold Partner with one accreditation to 3 and worked with Redmond on a global services programme as the first UK partner to take the Microsoft services into strategic UK Enterprise accounts including Rolls Royce, the AA, Mott Macdonald and Balfour Beatty to name a few.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Building upon Gaby’s earlier years in Marketing and advertising for Halliburton and CSC, Gaby executed a two-year marketing and advertising campaign for M&W in British Airways High Life magazine across Europe. This campaign resulted in a 500% growth in SAAS clients for the business which was core to the sustained growth of the company from 2015 onwards.
